email body is not being sent
email body is not being sent
While sending email only attachment is being sent, the contents in email body is not being sent. Not sure what is the issue.

Hi,
If mail body showing blank in zimbra webclient just check if the required content is available in the header of that email (Right click on the email >> Show original). And check if email body is showing properly in outlook/thunderbird etc.
I have seen this generally happens due to some unsafe html tag/comment in the mail body, which get caught by the html_sanitizer in Zimbra and throws exception.
