Another issue

Hello,

I am starting to get tired of issues with zimbra.

Now, whenever I add an account to mail app on phone, deleting the first mail on the phone works as expected, ie it deletes also from zimbra web.
All other emails if I delete them, they stay in inbox on zimbra web. If I delete the account on phone, and re-add it, it deöetes the first mail I try, then same issue.

Other way around is working fine.

What am I missing?

Can you share more details about the issues?
Which app you are using for this operation?
Are you deleting the emails one after another?
Did you try deleting multiple emails at once for the 1st time?

I am using the native iOS app. Can't get the users to use zimbra mail, there it is working.

Selecting more works for the first time as well.
Moving the deleted mails back to inbox does not update to zimbra web.

I do not see any error in sync log, mailbox or zimbra log.

If MoveItems request is triggered on deleting mails in ios, then loop is appearing and no such error can be seen in logs like this

In that case, no further sync will happen.
Please confirm if something like this is happening in sync.log.
