Hi Forum,

I'm facing the following situation:

I need to use Zimbra Webmail in a browser on my phone.

When somebody sends me an email that contains an image in its body, the image doesn't show up. Instead, it only shows an icon indicating that the image is broken. Example attached.

p.s. The image in the email is not attached, only in the body.

p.s. 2: I've tried this on Chrome, Brave, Safari and Firefox. Same issue.

Zimbra version: Release 8.6.0

Do you have any ideas about what could be causing this issue?

Zimbra 8.6.0 is very old and currently not supported, so it would be better to upgrade to a supported version and check if the issue is still reproducible.

This issue is fixed in zimbra 10.0.0 and above
