Currently, I am working on the backup server for Zimbry, but it turned out that there is an issue with the Outlook email client. Specifically, Outlook can download emails and works fine when it is initially launched. However, if Outlook has been running for, let's say, half an hour, it stops fetching new emails, even though it indicates that it is synchronizing in real-time. To resolve this, we need to close and restart Outlook, and then the emails will be downloaded.
Does anyone know what might be the cause? Is it related to some ID or registry?
