Problems with recurring events on mobile devices (iOS, Android) using Exchange - not showing up in calendar, wrong hours

Hello,
We are experiencing problems with our calendars on mobile devices running Android and iOS, especially with recurring events.
We are running Zimbra 9.0.0_GA_4564.NETWORK with Network Modules NG, our mobile devices are Android 12, 13 and iPhone 13 mobile phones. To synchronize e-mails and calendars we are using Exchange, version 16.0 or 16.1, depending on device.

Adding a recurring event and modifying whole series is working fine, but "fun" starts when users are adding exceptions to recurring event, inviting someone else into particular occurences, deleting/editing occurences, changing event hours etc. At the attached screenshots you may spot disprepancies described below.

Monday - untouched
Tuesday - changed hour of event (on PC) - duplicated entry in Android phone's calendar
Wednesday - deleted one of event (on PC) - event still exists in Android phone's calendar
Thursday - invited one more person to event, invitation accepted (on PC) - entry doubled in Android phone's calendar
Friday - changed hour of event (on phone) - duplicated entry in Android phone's calendar

We also tested behaviour on iPhone - we faced the situation where invited attendee, even after accepting the invitation, could not see a term in his phone's (iPhone) calendar. He has been invited to one occurence of recurring event. Changing his decision from "accepted" to "maybe", then return to "accepted" finally added term to calendar.

I think it is not related to internet connection and sync frequency - Exchange users are using LTE/5G/Wi-Fi networks, sync frequency is set to "Automatic (push)", mails/one time events are visible on mobile devices almost immediately.

Do anyone had the same? Any ideas to fix it? We would like to still use Exchange on our phones. We tried using official Zimbra Android and iOS app, it worked, but most of our employees would prefer to still use Android and iPhone calendar and e-mail application of their choice (mostly native ones), based on Exchange.
Any help will be appreciated.
