Unable to create account in mail client

Hi,
I have very strange problem with one account.
I can login through webmail but when I try through mail client I receive error "cannot connect to server".
For example in Thunderbird when creating account it wait on "Checking password" for couple minutes and then I recevive message
"Unable to log in at server.Probably wrong configuration,username or password"
With same username and password I can login through webmail.
I tried on Linux, Windows, Thunderbird, Outlook, EMClient, same.
I tried to rename problematic account and with that renamed I also can't create account.
But when I created alias, with alias I can normaly create account in Thunderbird.
I looked at audit.log, maillog, mailbox.log, nginx.log, couldn't find any useful info about that account in time when I tried to create account.
If anyone have idea where to look I would appreciate it.
Server is Zimbra 8.6.0 on CentOS 7.9

Can you please check the status of the Zimbra server ?
1. su - zimbra

Can you please check below logs for any exceptions:
1. /var/log/mail.log
2. /var/log/zimbra.log

I would try to focus on the differences between the original mail account and the alias. Are they on the same domain?

Also, when setting up the account in your mail client, are you configuring the server names for IMAP and SMTP explicitly, or are you using some auto-detection feature?
When server logs are inconclusive and the client's error messages are not helping either, my usual go-to is traffic analysis with Wireshark, for example. However, there is a learning curve if you've never used it before.

Of course, they are on the same domain, on same server.
It's same configuration for account and alias, I configuring it explicitly.
To me it seems like there is something specifically for that name for account that somewhere in some zimbra file is wrong.
I tried to delete and again create account, same situation.
