Dear Sir
During installation, I confronted an error:Unable to create a successful TLS connection to the ldap masters . Could anyone tell me how to solve this ?

What kind of installation? Multi-servers or single server? Which version of ZCS? Which OS?

I install zcs-10.0.0_FOSS_intalio.UBUNTU20_64.tar on a single user

./zmcertmgr createca -new
I got this message
Retrieving CA private key from LDAP... failed

check all services are running on this single server instance.
check 389 port is open to connect with LDAP
