Hi,
where I can find professional Support in / from Austria or Germany.

Can you send me some kind of links please?

We have some trouble with our current support company, so we may need to change and I cannot find any page which tells me which company offers professional support for zimbra in the mentioned areas.

Not sure what you mean by "professional support", but Synacor offers "professional services" and you can purchase varying levels of technical support for Zimbra. There is an extensive partner network as well, so you likely can find a partner in your area that may offer support or professional services. In general if you are looking for professional services, going direct to Synacor is likely going to be a more expensive then a partner, but you are getting actual Synacor employees who has worked with Zimbra for years. However if you find a good partner that knows Zimbra well, that is a great option as well (some partners are just resellers, don't necessarily roll up the sleeves and work with the software).

In just the first two pages of the results I found 6 in Germany.

Thanks, yes beside of the normal (subscription) support of Zimbra I am looking for a company which can support us, if we get "stuck" with a problem. The company we still have, "doing" this kind of support, suddenly sucks out of nowhere......
