I’ve been on Zimbra for about five months now, and I just wanted to share a bit of my experience. Overall, I’ve really come to enjoy using it. The interface feels clean and straightforward, and I like how easy it is to manage email, calendars, and tasks all in one place. It’s been stable and reliable, which I really appreciate.
That said, there are a couple of things I’d love to see in the future:
- A proper dark mode – I spend a lot of time on Zimbra, and it would make long hours much easier on the eyes.
- A smoother mobile experience – the web version works fine, but having something that feels closer to a native app would be awesome.
- More integrations – being able to connect Zimbra more easily with other tools (like Slack Pips NYT or Teams) would make it even more useful day to day.
