After last upgrade suddenly some log files grow a lot

mailbox log was 13 G and everyday a trace log is about 3 G

You would need to take a look at those logs and see what repeats the most there.

Then compare to old logs and report back with a more detailed message which includes examples of those logs.

You should check and read your "/etc/logrotate.d/zimbra"

May you give us the full path and name of the log please. Is it "/opt/zimbra/log/zmmailboxd.out" or is "/opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log"?

I believe your crontab or your logrotated.d/zimbra file are incomplete.
